Stuck here in Maine, what's going on

yo i'm from augusta maine, i'm hoping that the entire US and world isn't as dry and expensive as this place, but while i'm here, i'm looking to talk about the ganja and learn from people who know some shit about it. I'm trying to grow a few personal plants inside, and eventually outside when it isn't freezing out.
