struggling with grow tent

So after few weeks of starting my project i have decided to get a grow tent this is list of things in the tent
1.2x1.2x2 metre tent
600 watt hps
4inch carbon filter inline fan kit
2 oscilating fans

few other bits so what i did after building tent and fixing up carbon filter and 600watt hps light i put in my 2 plants i was given off a friend as they have been vegging a while and they need to be flowered so i said i would take and sort for him, however after few hours of having them in tent with stuff running temps sit at 86 it does not move and my humidity sitting at 73 this i not worried about as i have monster dehumidifier t deal with that my main concern is the heat. After reading various posts and google mainly to see what the reason for having the hle n the bottom of tent was for i find its used for passive intake so i rammed a piece of ducting from inside tent that goes threw that and outside of my tent but still staying same temps i think i didnt read instructions before i started my project please can some 1 tell me what fan i should have got for my carbon filter and how can i cool it down adding fans inside the tent will not help for instance oscillating 1s i have 3 at minute and it will not budge from 86 no way am i gunna flip the switch till i have temps under control

which fan should i have bought and should i get a cool tube shade as i think i rushed the tent as the 1 we built in cellar seems to keep everything in check with just 4 inch carbon filter and 1 oscillating fan so im lost was even thinking of fastening the passive duct outside to a fan on its own lol maybe not a good idea. any help is appreciated guys and thanks a few pics for u

do thease plants look ok as they were transported yestaday in vehicle nearly 15 miles hoping it didnt hurt them the plant closest is widow the plant furthest is blue cheese

If you have open bulb, you'll want to buy a cooltube or other air-cooled hood. Also, for that size of tent, I would go with nothing less than a 440cfm 6" inline.

Also, how large is the space around the tent that you're exhausting/pulling air from?

Plants look fine, don't worry about that. Temps are a bit too high, the guy at the growshop parred you a bit he should have said you would of needed a bigger fan. The 1.2 x 1.2 x 2.0 tent kit we do comes with a Ruck RK125L (5") and an RK150 (6") fan, (L means extra torques = nearly double as much airflow), with a 600W HPS, and you only got recommended a 100? You should go complain they should have warned you that it wasn't gonna be cool enough.

All I can recommend if you don't wanna trade in and buy new inline fans is you get an aircooled hood for your lamp, and connect your intake vent straight to outdoors land, this should provide some super cooling BUT you might need a smart controller for your fan to let it chillax once lights go out and it gets cold...

It might be easier just to trade your inline in for a couple of bigger ones.

In fact air cooled hoods are almost always a good idea though if you can afford it, you can get the lights so much closer to the plants!

hey m8s thanks so far info been great could i just switch out the fan or i was under the impression i would then need a 6 inch carbon filter too see im not really sure which way to go do i need to get the whole kit again buit 6 inch and cooltubes do they attach to the outtake or the passive intake i made using some ducting also was gunna attach a closed 3 speed fan to the outside of the intake pipe s it gets more cold air i have modified the outlet so its carbon filter to fan to ducting out the tent into the bracket at side of my windows going directly outside but out of view sorry to ask so much guys just wanna know what to buy before i do can u recommend the kit to get please if its allowed thanks guys

1 more thing buds i can switch out the 600 for a 400 watt hps if tat would help my cause till payday at the end of month
