stretching sprout (with pic)

This is Auto Fast bud2. I germ on PH'd water 2 or 3 days ago. Seems little bit stretching to me. The light is off either. Too soon to worry bout it?

Nothing to worry about at all. Although I do too! If the casing doesn't fall off be extra careful helping it off......that is delicate (Yup! Killed my first like that!)

I have a plant at the same stage, about 6 inches below a 250 watt CFL. As long as it's not too hot for the back of your hand she'll be fine...

Do you turn it on for 24/0 or 20/4? or 18/6 ?

That's up to you. There are different opinions on the benefits of each, but they're all good. 18/6 seems most common though...

my veg. is 24h cfl ,i seem to get a more aggresive growth putting into flower room when i veg 24 maybe its cause the girls just got there first nights sleep in over a month.

theres nothing stretched about ur plant, my best advice is go do some research when ever u have some spare time

I put my seedlings a couple of inches below a 26W cfl. I find that helps to stop stretching.

The lights is bout 4inch away from the top

I would. I would start with 4" like you have it now and lower it slowly. By the time the second set of true leaves have grown out a bit the light should be about 2".

I agree with what others have said. You don't have a problem now. She looks normal. But when the leaves appear she will reach for the light. At this point some seedlings stretch so wildly they cant support their own weight and the long skinny stem is very vulnerable to 'damping off' fungus

I'm not quite sure what you have that plant growing in, but you should not use clear pots. You want the roots hidden from light.
