Stress Training- whats everyone thing?

first time grow. ak47s under 400W HPS. plants got too tall so i decided to do some stress training. theyve just begun the flowering cycle after about 5 weeks of veg. whats everyone think??

Good to start them now. I have found by letting them get taller when you bend the stalk it slows growth much more.

Is that your DIY CO2 in front?

nono just a bottle i use for watering
