when stressing the plant out i heard give it some B-1. im using a ebb and flow system so do i add it to the big reservoir tank or as a foliage spray?

I think either but certain nutrients just don't spray well and at the same strength. Go with a root zone application....best to start 1-2 days prior to stressors.
