Strawberries in September?

I do not know why but I only get 2 strawberries this year, I think the squirrels eat them green. No worry, the plants exploded with runners after I potted them and I now have more than a dozen plants ( started with only 1 plant). I am going indoors with them in a few days with extra pots of earth to expand the plant count further. Fucking squirrels get NONE that way.

Put in a few posts and some chicken wire around them, I had the same issues until I did that.

def a strange season this one...its been hard to judge the finish of most plants....some have been done way early....like apples
others are a month or more behind...like potatoes,tomatoes...cannabis...to name a few...
The au natural plant I have been watching/documenting is ready...though...and buds are huge and bigger than normal...for my grows...

It is a rock garden I built around the base of a big ass maple tree. Chicken wire around that would look too redneck, LOL. The squirrels ate all the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries when they were still green.
