Strange Pest Pics

Well everyday I've been seeing newer and newer pests in my grow room and my outdoor. Usually its these 2 kinds i'm seeing daily. One look like white/yellowish eggs all over the leafs and one looks like just small white bugs with black spots on them. I have took pictures for anyone who knows what they are. I'm also seeing the spiders outside and a bunch of pests all over my plants. Some I know are friendly like the lady bugs, but theres just so many and I need to do something about this problem. Every time I knock off the white eggs they reappear everyday on some new plants. Very confused about how to do this. Anyone with experience would be great. Thanks~

Looks like Spider Mites, bad too. Are they on all plants? Get either Mighty Wash, Neem Oil, Insecticidal soap, Peppermint oil w/water, vacuum, and some im missing. Or chemicals Avid, Floramite, No Pest Strips, and some im missing.
I went the organic way, but mine wasnt nearly as bad though. I started with the insecticidal soap, 5 days later i sprayed them with Mighty Wash, 3 days after i sprayed with Neem oil and Pro Tekt, 3 days after i did the same. They could be immune to the chems. You have to kill them with their life cycle. I believe the eggs hatch in 3-5 days and mature in 10 days. They like warm temperature, so if you can keep the temps low itll slow down their reproductive cycle and theyll mature slower. You can also raise the humidity to 100% and they absorb so much water they burst. Theres the co2 option too.

It could also be Aphids as stated above, jewlers loupe and try to get a better pic. Aphids with leave Honey Dew behind i believe, so you should see shiny spots on the leaves if so. Also ants will mine the aphids because of the honey dew, so watch out for them if outdoors. For spider mites, look for what looks like the top of your leaf was speckled with gold dust, little yellow spots. Could be wrong though
