Strange Leaf Dwarfing

This just started on my mothers. I could guess it's anything, but please advise anybody if you know!

it kinda looks like you got some kinda critter chowin down on it
but your room looks really clean has it only happened to those leaves?
other than some highly selective verminous dog i have no clue

they look nice and happy otherwise

It's def not insects.... It only happened on 2 of 3 plants too. But no not topped.......We'll see on the new growth coming out now....

I think it might have something to do with your room being too cramped. I think I got them when my leaves were touching the walls.
