Strains for Anxiety

What are the best strains to help reduce anxiety and help u relax more?

So far Ive heard that Romulan is 1 of the best strains for anxiety. Ive also heard that Indicas are better then sativas, and White Widow and Kush strains are good strains for anxiety too.

I hear WW is good for social anxiety if thats what u mean, and it also puts you more into a social mood, thats the word

Just try and stay away from sativas. Some will work...but a hydrid like JH or a pure a indica is a better way to go. But an indica will cause a more of a couch lock stone.

Any1 know where I can get Romulan seeds? I checked a couple sites and I cant find anyplace that sells Romulan seeds. I might get some White Widow 2 and I can get that just about everywhere.

First off every person has a different reaction to indica or sativa. Its not a set in stone kind of thing. You have to find the right strain for you. I have horrible anxiety and depression. Don't listen to anyone who is saying " try this or that". Me personally anything indica dominant will cause my anxiety through the roof. Dominant sativas work wonders on me like sour diesel or strawberry cough. Just experiment till u find your medicine

dude the best way to fight anxiety is to deal with it your own. dont "rely" on anything that is normal reaction to stress or anything that is normal for people, but if symptoms persist consult a doctor. check tga's gear

All in all ....the best advice given. There's no silver bullet to kill anxiety with cannabis, however, some strains do keep your anxiety level down throughout the day. Strains that have helped me so far are Sour Diesel, Jack's Cleaner, Cream Caramel.
