strain shopping for aero sog

After lots of research, I feel the collective genius at RIU might've rubbed off enough that I'm ready to take on my first grow.

I'm looking to run an aeroponic sea of green and harvest every 2 weeks, much inspired by Al B Fuct, Stinkbud, and others.

I'll be running 4 tables in flower, either 2x4 or 3x3, haven't decided yet on lighting. Might try CFLs vs HPS as a comparison test first go round and will definitely be using supplemental UVB (reptile flourescent tubes).

Anyway, I'm looking for a strain from attitude that would be suitable for a high density SOG. My list so far follows, any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and +rep.

  • DNA Kushberry
  • Dutch Passion: Perplex, Frisian Dew, PP
  • Flying Dutchmen: WW, Power Skunk, Dame Blanche
  • Greenhouse: Trainwreck, Cheese
  • Paradise White Berry
  • Sensi Super Skunk
  • White Label: NL, WW, White Ice, Super Skunk, PP

DNA Kushberry and Sensi Super skunk would be my pics. HPS is going to win it hands down, might as well skip the comparison, its basically already been done for you all over the world. Might want to try Paradise Seeds White Berry, that would do well, and is some very impressive smoke.

Be extra careful during set up to make sure its perfect to prevent later problems. Post pics of your set up as you go, so that any issues you may have can be identified by experienced growers, and make sure to get all of the necassary climate control equipment for your grow area. Good luck.
