stored super soil queations

Long story short I cooked up some super soil for a grow but after looking through my inventory I realized I could hold off a month or two. So my first question is does a cooked fully amended super-soil lose any PPM value if it's sit still for two months. I did not add any more moisture to it so it has has been dry for about 3 weeks. This batch of soil is also on its fifth run and I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not but maybe .thanks in advance

Nope. letting it cook longer is actually better. I think most supersoils require 30 days as a minimum. 3 months is great. Would have been better if you had kept it moist or covered well.

Lets get it up and going by slowly bring the moisture level back up. To do this water in 5% water to soil. Use a whetting agent like Saponaria Extract, aloe, or yucca extract. Some gardeners will use a drop or 2 of dawn dish soap into 2 gallons water.
Once you have your water mixed up figure that you want to water it 4 or 5 times.
So as an easy example if we were re-hydrating 40 gallons of soil. I would use 2 gallons of water. First I would mix up the batch of soil to see if you have any moisture in there at all. Then water just enough to get the entire top surface wet. Then let set for 10 min. come back and spray the surface again. rince and repeat until you have used 1 gallon. Then let sit for 30 min. Did you have run off?
Mix your soil. That will tell you how things are looking. If you had some moisture then its proly looking good. If it was all the way dry top to bottom then you will proly want that other gallon. I find the squeeze test to be my preferred method. Get a good handful of your soil and squeeze it in you hand as hard as you can. We want just a couple drops to come out.

Dont have to wait a month. Give in a couple of days for the soil biology to start to ramp up. Water in some sort of mycos once you have roots in the soil. I use Mikrobs from Amazon or Rootwise from BuildaSoil.
Make sure you have a mulch on it. Either composted mulch from a nursery or grow clover and keep it mowed to a 3 inch height.

Just be careful. You dont want any water run off. Thats your nutrients washing out your soil. Stick to that 5% rule.

Out of curiosity since you seem to have a wealth of knowledge can you elaborate on your watering strategy for Organics

Just seen this. I use a moisture meter. But I also run 4x4 beds. My objective is to keep the moisutre at the same level. never super dry or wet. I follow the 5% rule for watering.
