Ive Been Using Attitude for many Years. This Year I order a Hole New LiNE UP FOR MY collection , an it has been 2 years since my last order but I hve ordered over 650 dollars worth of beans on two seprate occasions paid Extra for Breeders Packs An sucure shipping they don't ship in breeders packs Period!!!!! They pocket the money an then when order got snatched in LA they refund me the beans price so outta of a 600 an something refund they kept the gaurntee money an the shipping cost so Done if You have a Bad experience post here as well or if they done you right please feel free to Post That experience as well HAVE A GREAT MONDAY:bigjoint:

No They didn't refund my 23.90 for a stupid change book that looks like it came from the dollar store customer service sucks an keep using them if you want an what am I responsible for deciding to use attitude I Guess happy Monday An if I Pay for something that's what I want What I Paid For not some ghetto representation of it.. Any way lesson learned an NGR from now one An good Ol Green Pool:peace:

I suggest using Herbies, never had a problem and none of them have "attitudes" <----see what I did there?

Meet some heads, and find some real pre-selected pheno's that somebody else hunted down. Problem solved then breed your best to your best.. Boom you got some killer genetics.. I never bought shit from a seed company everything always been gifted, traded or bred by me. And I long list of genetics on deck
 
I really like Attitude, I've only ordered from one other bank in Canada. I always use the guaranteed method, too, getting some stupid little overpriced gift. My seeds have always gotten through customs, though. If they did get snatched, I wouldn't be hot over the shipping charge. That's just the cost of doing risky business. Would other banks refund the shipping charges?

ya herbies did im not really upset about shipping its the fact im paying extra for breeders pack in the shipping I never get breeder packs an still get charged no biggie just sticking with green pool bog bank of gage took my order then diapered an Ste from green pool replaced outta his own pocket.... Jus upset with shitting service I just wont use no more Ngr an GreenPool An ced Vault have great shit an always take care of there medie patient's. An these 3 HAVE upto date shit stock always being replenished Im glad attitude work good for you though glad to here..:peace::bigjoint:

While you might claim that they "pocketed" the shipping and fees, they didn't. They paid for the shipping. And please remember that they are out the seeds. So they are going to resend he seeds to you and go into their own pocket to ship them to you again. I have had them reship four times and they do so without a complaint. So in my opinion, they kinda earn the fee. If you don't think so then I hope you never enter my establishment.

What's the matter? Couldn't you bitch about this on yelp yet?

I dont get it.. You paid for guaranteed and your package got took? You should be happy that you paid for the guarantee.. Just shoot them an email and they will reship.. Or am I missing something?

I hope no bros are mad.. lol

edit: wait.. they refunded you everything except the shipping and you're bitching?? or am I still missing something (I have re-read the whole thing like 10 times and feel like I'm starting to lose intelligence)
