Still waiting on your $600 stimulus? Check your IRS transcript to see when it hits

I used the IRS's "where's my stimulus" tool, and it said "no information." Very helpful, right? Reading on reddit I found some savvy conversation on getting more information regarding when the deposits will hit. Login to your IRS account. It took me about 10 minutes to make one. Then you can login and download your 2020 account transcript. It shows credits issued by the IRS to you or payments you made to the IRS. The 2nd stimulus for my wife and I (we file jointly) says "Tax Relief Credit 1/18/21 Refund Issued: 1-04-21." Made the wife feel better. It looks like the IRS fucked this all to hell this time around. Lots of folks still waiting swimming in a sea of confusion. Pull up your transcript and you can see exactly what's going on with your refund.

Some of my relatives who used Turbo Tax got theirs this morning. I got the email from Turbo Tax but no sign of the stimulus yet, but that might also vary by bank, they are apparently sending them out over the next few days.

All of my relatives have received theirs. Neighbors too. All us stragglers can do is hurry up and wait :)
 
Mine says it was mailed on the 6th. I cant remember if it was DD last time or I got a physical check. I just switched banks during that time as well so no DD will hit if that's the case and I would have to claim the credit on my taxes. I'm prayin for a physical check.

If your transcript says a check was mailed out then that's what you will receive. I hope you do receive it my friend.
