hello my m8 got sum sticky blueberry hydro and he said it wont dry rock hard becasue of the high levels off thc its coated in sticky resin and he said wont dry is this ture????

ive been to amsterdam so smoked the best and all that is dry odd one is a bit tacy so thats y im not sure
