"Former Trump White House senior advisor and Trump campaign manager Steve Bannon has been indicted by a federal grand jury, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. Three weeks ago the House of Representatives in a bipartisan vote referred Bannon to the DOJ, citing criminal contempt of Congress. "

Bye bye Steve!

You don't need a grand jury to indict for contempt of congress, the DOJ can do that on it's own. What did they indict him for, contempt of congress or something else?

I like co-conspirator to Treason/sedition/ the violent overthrown of the government.
Why not?
He sure as fuck fit's the criteria by stoking the flames.
If no one breached the Capitol he could have got away with it, but they did & his speech could be used as encouraging an act of violence. (no 1st Amendment protection :) )
You can't yell fire for instance in a theater, it is against the law.
Bannon stepped over the line.
And the same argument can be applied to Trump, and the dumb fuck did it AFTER he had no immunity.
How about for Trump just inciting a riot, "Let's walk down Pennsylvania Ave together to the Capital"

Signed sealed & delivered to a Prosecutor/DA :)
Just the civil suits (The POTUS told me to) are gonna nail him to a fucking cross.
He fucked himself.
Ha Ha Ha!!!

This is old news

"Stephen K. Bannon, the former Trump White House adviser who was indicted last week for defying a congressional subpoena, surrendered to federal authorities Monday morning and was released on personal recognizance after making his first court appearance in the afternoon."

It will take years for the misdemeanor charges to work their way through the courts. Pretty silly to go to all this trouble for an offense that will likely not end in any jail time.

bannon turned himself in, spent a couple hours at the courthouse, and walked out a free man. That was back in November. He's been enjoying fancy dinners at exclusive restaurants and expensive scotch without a care in the world and will continue to do so.

The whole thing is pretty silly to go after him for a couple misdemeanor charges that he'll never do a day in jail over.

I know people want to see many of these traitors locked up but you need to face the reality that it's not going to happen with many. They are going to live out the rest of their lives as free men until they succumb to natural causes. It is what it is.

What is wrong with charging him for a criminal action that he indisputably is doing?
