Stem under bud partially broken

I have a plant on about week 7 of flowering and the stem partially broke under the bud. Now its been a week since it broke (Broke in week 6) and it seems to be maturing quicker. All the pistils are brown while the other buds are 50%-70% brown and more trichcomes have ambered more than the rest of the buds should i cut it or leave it to finish off with the rest of the plant?

I would chop if the trichomes have matured to Amber for sure. Too bad about the damage. Big buds require support!
