stem rot

there month old plant groing inside then it was moved outside for a few days and the stem by the base got skinny and brown any help???

may be u over water got pics it would be way easier to help

yeah, it happens when you water them to much, when you water them do you see little puddles or water? not good if you do.
let it dry out the soil i mean before you water it again.
