I have a question about the stems of my plants. There are two small leaves that look like the original sprout leaves in the middle of the plant. Above that point the stem is twice as thick as from there to the soil. Is this normal? Should something be done? If it is a problem could the stem be cut below that point and rerooted with hormone?
