I've been having too much fun with growing my first crop that I decided to start another smaller grow area. The main one is at a single buddy's house in a spare bedroom, however I'm a family guy and need stealth with this one.
Used a metal storage unit that I have had in the garage for a while and lined it with Styrofoam insulation from HD that is 1/2" thick. Covered that with panda film and used a lot of duct tape and wire to hang the lights. Installed a fan in the top for circulation. It's pretty ghetto to limit costs, but should work nicely. Everything I got was from HD or WM except the net pots, black tubing, rock wool and nutes.
18 gallon tub
15 gal water
5 x 4" net pots
2 8" air stones
4x100w cfl 6500k
2x60w cfl 5600k
schedule 24/0
using the free nutes that came with the Ebb and Grow which are Technaflora at 1/3 strength
Boost
Grow
B1 Red
MagiCal
Plant is a clone Top 44 that has been vegging under the 1000w HPS for about 8 weeks. Also, 4 clones cut today from same plant and one from the monster of the same strain.
EVERYTHING I know about growing came from hours on this site and I welcome any feedback. Now let's grow this motha!
