I want to steal when I see that living with morales gets me nowhere, while thieves and jerks take what they want and climb to the top. Everyt ime someone comes through the drive-thru with some subs, I think to myself, "those would look a lot better in the abck of my car." Does that make me a bad person?

Depends.Mostly it's not good,and stealing from friends and family is never good.But if you truly need to eat, it's survival.

i don't think it's wrong to steal from corporate america. but stealing from individuals is wrong to me. idk that's just me

Well you haven't told someone to drop the nikes or you'll blast their ass yet, so you are doing good.
Yeah, thieves may get ahead in life but also look at some of the risk they take besides the fact they are violating someone else's rights when doing so.

I THOUGHT this said "...look BAD when kids..." but now I realize that it says "back"....did you mean back, cuz it's not making sense to me that way...
And if you meant BAD, it doesn't make sense to me either. Why would people stealing make pot users look bad?
Right and wrong may only be words, but the concepts they represent are very real. Maybe not all things are so clearly divided, but there are some things that are clearly wrong. And it doesn't matter how someone feels about it, or what they "want it to be" some things are just dead wrong.
I'm not saying stealing is one of those things, because I agree with Stoney's post to a certain extent.
I agree, but...it's iffy. Depends on whether or not the person really has no other choice or if its just the easy choice.

i once stole a live lobster. stole hella smokes. stole 1/5th after 1/5th of jack daniels. stole a few bar-b-ques. stole some tires. i can go on.

I once embezzled money from my shit telemarketing job.I gave a lot of money away.Luckily, they couldn't pin it on me, so I just got fired for accepting the checks I mailed and cashing them.Yes, I'm a bad girl.

I see where you're coming from, but think about this...you were taught what's right & wrong correct? So if you say something is dead wrong isn't that just really an opinion. Who makes the rules? Are there rules? All I'm trying to say is everyone should decide for themselves what is right & wrong. In the end there is no right or wrong - it's just a ride. Right & wrong are just illusions - listen to your heart & inner voice - they won't steer you wrong in my opinion.

Stealing embraces the dependency to materialism..Slaves of worldly objects and gain cannot quench the unending lust of greed. Stealing feeds the addiction to mundane, inconsequent articles deemed laudable by an acquisitive society. For those bound to such trivial pursuits will have an unforfilling life by pinning such value for objects and things that temporarily accompany you in the short time you have on this earth. No object is worth the anguish and melancholy from one who has been robbed. It deepens my sadness in man when I see those hurting each other for such trivial things. Stealing cannot not be justified nor glamored in any condition, save for survival. How petty or small it is makes no difference, it is deplorable. Rise above the sensual desires of man's egoistic nature..Break free of the bond to worldly gains and live a life free of such trivial substance..and you shall be enlightened.
Reminds me of Johnny Depp in Blow talking to the judge, he still ended up in jail.....
I never like the "stealing to eat" because I have never, ever, ever seen someone turned away by ever single homeless shelter and church in town.

the common stereotype of pot users is that we're dirty filthy assholes that will do anyting to get their hands on some bud. or at least that's what I imagine about people who don't smoke or haven't smoked. I'm pretty sure that's one of the reason pot is illegal, because it supposedly makes us crazy and lethal. soo you know...stealing and all that other goes under those categories to some....

every theif will have his day...i used to steal alot like car hopping and shit, but i got caught like in a really gay way, but it taught me its not even worth it to steal..i got my plants stolen from me about a month ago...and i want to beat the fuck out of who did it
