Starting New Grow Room

I want to build a room and I need some help.

I will have at least 8x12 to work with for two rooms, smaller partition for mother and clones. Considering that money isn't an issue, what kind of setup would be the best for producing the most weight? Are HPS still the way to go, or have the LED improved?

What would the whole setup run me with everything?

im a little bit rusty in the game but from wut i understand the new ceramic metal halid (cmh) is best for flowering right now, 400W is biggest there is, it basicly puts off both white and red spectrum and emits less heat then a hps, u can also use it for both veggie and flowering. As for your grow id say try a vertical grow i hear great things.
