Starting Late..

Hey,
I am just getting ready to crack my seeds here in Northern Cali. My mom has been being a bitch to me and my fiance and has generally caused this late start.
Anybody have advice?
I am currently getting the soil ready and stuff for outdoor.
Should I scramble and get these in as fast as possible? Should I plant a ton of extra seeds to make up for the lateness?
Normally I start my seedlings on May 10.
I have some Super Lemon Haze and Kwazulu this year as well as 4 freebies from the 'tude.
Tanks in advance for any input!
Best of luck growers!
:)

Why is it that every time I complain about the shit happening to me someone says that I should simply move out..?
I live in my old family home where my grandma died, then my mom moved in and started screwing with things terribly. She destroyed my job and then other employment, even harassing a non-profit until I couldn't volunteer there... If I could easily move out then I would have some time ago.
It has been an insane battle.
I would have to move like 100 miles to rent easily. So, I am perplexed.
All of these years I had no idea that she would eventually try to sabotage things here.
Recently she falsified evidence in superior court to have my fiancé and I put out on the street. Living under the side walk there was little opportunity to start over.
If anyone wants to go back and forth and tell me how I should have done what I couldn't do already then let's have it out.. lol.. I can survive here for now and even grow weed. But, it has been hilarious.. Why is it that so many old timers and panicking about end of the world style craziness? She has acted like she is dying and weird secret stuff since 2012...
I still want to take over this old Victorian house now that my grandma and aunt and brother and his wife and everyone are gone.. Is that a bad plan in the first place?

I don't like using clones due to the unpredictable nature and outdoor garden. They need to get here at the right time so that I am ready to plant and they are the right age. Then, they always stay shorter than my seedlings. Plus I usually have to pay $15 or $20 per clone...

Jumping to extremes a little? I am always humane. I didn't know that my mom liked to be such a strange dick to people, but I am not one to rain on her parade like she has been doing toward me... Going out of the way to mess someone over seems like a no brainer to me.. But, heck, she is really old, like 67..
