starting indoor transfer to oudoor

Hello!

I plan to start my seeds indoor in jiffy peat pellets and also in a germination kit filled with pro-mix. Once the seeds sprout i plan to keep them indoor for a few weeks and then transfer outdoor. (I live in Boston MA)

My questions are:

1) with planting 10-15 plants (in germination kits), will 4 42w 6500k cfl bulbs suffice until the transfer to outdoor?
2) how long do i keep the plants indoor before transferring to outdoor?
3) should the light schedule me 24/0 when in the indoor phase or 18/6 or what??

Not sure on the cfl deal. I'd run 20/4 or 24/7 lights till you put them out. I like to get mine at least a foot tall before putting outdoors. Make sure to have a fan blowing around them to build up those stems.
