starter plugs 3 days later

using starter plugs for germination, and all three seeds have poked themselves outta the top. I am currently just under dome for humidity and moisture. Should I now be thinking about putting them under the t5's for 18/6? This portion of the grow kinda confuses me? I've seen from other peeps that just after germination they stick in dirt and under light. Wanna make sure starter plugs are the same.

yes put them in your soil , I assume thats what your growing in, and start the 18/6 cycle. this is not a difficult time in the grow they will do all the work just dont let the roots dry out. you dont need to mess with the dome either, just let them grow.
