starter pelet into rockwool?

My friend just gave me 5 seedlings in soil starter pelets, can i just put those in my 2 by 2 rockwool?

Or can I add it straight into the hydroton or should i split it open and transfer the seed to some rockwool?

well since no one answered I opened the soil pellets and removed the seedlings and then transferred them into 1.5 in rock wool cubes. This morning I have roots coming out the bottoms.
After doing this, I really advise against doing it with any high end seeds. Being as careful as I possibly could I still broke 4 out of 5 tips of the root systems off, when removing them from the pellets.
