Started to make hash

I've got clippings in a bucket full of ice water. Is it better to drain the clippings out right at first or does it help if I leave it in the bucket over night full of ice? I don't have those sifting bags but i do have coffee filters..will that do the job?

no get some bubble bags. You can expect to glean about 1/12 the weight you have in shake into hash if you have good bubble bags. Got some shitty ones on ebay - don't bother with those. Spend a little more and get good ones and make full melt bubble hash. Its not worth doing, at least IMO unless you have about a QP of good trimmings.
