Start from the seeds

Hi dudes

So i'm about to start my grow and I am going to be doing hydro (drip).

My question is what would be the best medium? i was thinking LECA but i'm starting from seeds so i definitely need to use rockwool but then will the plants get a huge stress from transferring from pellets to rockwool? If you guys could give me some ideas on starting from seed it would be awesome cuz i'm confused

Any other advice concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated !! :joint:

thats what i thaught too i think it would make the water in my tank dirty or whatever lol but thanks for the quick reply bro...

anybody else hate on rockwool?? any other suggestions??

kk so what do you think about transplanting the rooted shorty in LECA?? or what would be the best medium for drip?

I just saw a video of a dude using Peat Pellets and I think it looks very good to me..

More comments would be awesome because i'm sure its one funny concern and I know i'm not alone with this question...

I start seeds in rockwool in a styrofoam cup with a lil hydroton dampen and cover with saran and store dark for 48 hours then transfer right into my setup.
