OK I NEED HELP LOL...
I have a plant in flowering, cameras broken, so check other started threads for pics if you want.
I was GENTLY tying it down today so the smaller buds and leaves could get light. I had just flushed it for the first time, and the top parts are done.
I have been using chemical ferts and have heard diff theories on flushing...
My main top buds stalk ripped partway off of the plant, I tied it at a tight angle and electric taped it together pretty tightly.
I plan on checking on it to make sure it doesn't fuck up, but what I want to know is if it's a better idea to just cut it off (its only one branch, but also the biggest), or juts leave it and try to flush it with the rest?
Thanks, and +1 to help!

If its taped back together good and strong than you got a chance of it pulling through....Is the broken part showing signs of death??? If not you could be ok... I wouldnt chop it... Ive seen some broken stalks come back real strong because than you got growth going in other directions....Could make it a monster.....Pretty much just super cropping.

Well, you said it was done. So why not just cut it and leave the rest of the plant to ripen?

It is done, but I haven't flushed yet, I just started flushing like an hour ago, and I use chemical ferts...
I hear everyone say to flush with them, then others say not to, so idk man lol.

lol. If you didn't flush your plant you wouldn't have broken the top. How long has it been flowering? Flushing/not flushing is not that big a deal.

LOL i broke one of my stocks a couple days ago early in the morning. I was trying to supercropp my baby but its my first growing plant so i was scared i was gunna break em off. well i broke one of completly like a dumbass n then tried to just clone it, and i broke one in half and then i used the sticky part of a band aid to hold it together and a fine dinning fork for some support, and to my surprise it work and its growing together. kinda like a scab would on us.

It's been flowering almost 3 moths now, a long fucking time...Like I said I have pics...wait...I'm a fucking idiot...*manage attachments, *smacks self in the head...
The single cola is the top of the one that snapped, it's the tallest one in the last pic...
It's almost all cloudy, and there's some amber...
So, flushing...even with chemical ferts, is not that important?

It really doesn't look ready to chop. There are still new white pistils.

I don't think flushing is that important. And organic ferts are just as toxic as chemicals. Maybe more so. I grow hydro and I've done both and can't tell the difference, frankly. I don't run really high loads and the chems I use are very pure. In soil I suppose you could just use plain water for the final weeks of flowering, but I don't see the point in trying to 'rinse' things out of your soil.
