I'll be growing indoors with CFL's. I wanted to know if this sta-green stuff is a good enough alternative to the MG that I'm using now.

should I be okay with growing in this? I don't have much of a choice as I am getting it for free and my budget is at a zero now and my seedlings have germinated and are waiting to be planted.
any opinions?
EDIT: I just need to know if this is a better choice than Miracle Gro Potting Mix with the "continuos release plant food"?
