Sprouts?

When i have a spout that pops their head out of the rockwool with the seed still attached do i put it under lights then or wait until the seed falls off and then stick it under lights.

you can put it under the light with the seed still attached i did it and it worked out fine ounce they get up kinda help the shell off of them and put the light on 18/6

ok thanks. last time i tried that i had problems and i wasnt sure if it was associated with the seed still on the sprout
