ok. if you got fresh seedlings and they're outside will the rain overwater them. or will it make them alot stronger?

rain is natural, it can't do too much damage unless it's a flash flood or something. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger...

i would say the same thing. unless it's a flash flood you shouldn't have too much to worry about
