Sprouted Seed Tea. (SST)

I was looking through he subs and couldn't find a dedicated sprouted seed tea discussion. I thought I'd share what has worked for me and probably others. I use three different kinds of seeds for my SST. Blue Corn Seed - Heirloom. Alfalfa and barley. Here is a link to i video of the basic process I have been using:
.

I have found this slurry applied a day after watering is best.I think it really gives the plants a boost in later vegging and flowering stages. I have not run into any negative effects of the process. My product is almost like Almond milk and smells of ground up grass and bread and freshness. If i let is set for a few minutes there is some slit that falls tot the bottom of the bowl.

It is also important to RINSE off the seeds before grinding and never save for more than 12 hours

Thanks! and good luck to all!

I sprout only a handful each at a time. It works out to about 1/2 gallon concentrate. Then mixed into about 4-5 gallons. I haven't dosed more than once a week during full spring/summer.

I picked this up awhile back through some indoor/soilless mix growers. I know a lot of shelf supplements have some sort of the same enzymes and sugars in their "max grow or bud swell" formulas.

I could be mistaken (and someone please correct me if I am) but I believe the type of seeds you use are irrelevant as any kind of seed will have the enzymes and proteins that we seek to provide via SSTs. I know of quite a few people that rave about using bulk organic popcorn seeds as they're cheap and just as effective as anything else.

Personally, I just use Coconut Water. Provides you with all the benefits of a SST in addition to cytokines, which drastically increase bud sites and showing significant reduction in node spacing. Do a side by side and see for yourself, coconut water is the shit.

Seeing a lot of positives on coconut water. Which type do you prefer: raw from the coconut, dry form, or one of the commercially bottled coconut waters?

I'm unable to source anything that I can't find at a local gas station/convenience store, so that's what I've been using. Don't really need all too much at first, just 100ml per gallon of water until they're over a foot tall then you can bump up the dose if needed. But, much like anything else with organics, a little goes a long way.

If you have a local "save mart" or "mexican" food marts, you will typically find canned aloe and coconut waters. I would check to see what label says to insure purity.

Do you have any advice about powdered coconut or powdered aloe? If not much is needed i would imagine some powdered forms would be great mixed up in ready AACT brew?

I have been using canned coconut water from "el superior" and walmart aloe vera juice.

Both are fairly cheap. The coconut water is like 3 for 99cents and the aloe vera is like 7 bucks a gallon. It does have vitamin c..

I have given them a few doses but will give them more in pre flower..

I did some watering and feeding to day. I do have some sprouts going. I might blend them up tonight.

Have you noticed a difference? My only hesitation are the preservatives in those cans and bottles.

I am soaking organic yellow corn as well

I have seen yellow corn used.

I have noticed a vigor of top growth when foliar feeding/ root drench coconut juice and aloe.

The ingredients say 100% except for the aloe which has some vitamin c..

I bet chia would serve well...
I will look into this.
