SPREADER's: are they worth it?

been using one, It's not something you can tell if it is working or not. But it hasn't ruined anything if that helps.

Ahhhh.. Yes these things work. Basically if your plants are fairly close to the bulb then this thing WILL make a huge difference. However if you have a good amount of room lets say you can keep the plant tops 3 foot from the light at all times then your really wont see any advantage of disadvantage.
Basically the spreader keeps from burning plants that get a bit to close.

Spreaders are NOT worth it IMO.

Cool... Wouldnt be wasting cash on that.... you could make something like that out of chicken wire etc
I use them also, have 2 and no I'm not going to remove them to see if my plants burn. LOL
