Spray painting the inside of a a rubbermai tote?

The tote is green. If I paint the inside flat white(spray can) would this be better than ifI left it green? Might take a few coats to cover the green but lol

I also have some type of cheap art paint but not sure if I have enough to do the whole tote

yeh man deffently would be better then the green. Not as good as mylar however, but way better then green. Grow on buddy : )

Yeah get the paint for plastic. It actually bonds to the plastic the cheap stuff just peels off.

another thing. I have some clear coat here also. Would the glossy look from clear coating over the white be a good idea? Will it make a difference?

you are going to get a lot of different advise on this question, but I would never paint the inside of my tank.

Just finished looked at your pics roseman (nice work) and I think you're misunderstanding. Hes making a grow box for the plants to go in (I assume) not a hyrdo setup. The white paint is definitely more reflective than the green and if I were you I would throw the gloss coat on too, what have you got to lose?
