spray a plant?

i was reading that its good to spray your plants.but u cant spray when the lights are on because the light will blow up.?so how is this posible when u cant go in the grow room when the lights are off or can u? How often should you spray? And can you spray the bud?

You can mist plants when lights are on just don't get any on the bulbs. Move the lights out of the way while misting. You should only mist in veg stage, not in flower when it can contribute to bud mold.

yep won't hurt the lady to mist, just make sure if you do while flowering that you shake the plant to make sure that is no water left on the plants crevices for mold and fungus to form
