Spots on tips

So, can anyone tell me what I have here with the tanish tips on just a couple of leaves? Organic soil - Extremely diluted Rapid Grow and two CFL's on a Y about 6" above plant. Help me - these are cuttings from successful plants - two weeks now since start.

sounds like slight nute burn, probally nothing to worry about....... but you posted the same thing 3 times!
