Spots on leaves, what is this??

heres a couple pics of my plant... wondering what the lil brown spots are on the leaves if anyone knows?? i hope its not mold.. if it is wut should i do? i also have a video on youtube http://youtu.be/ltc0uCmFCwA

I dont know but if you look up in the top corner on the futher most leaf there some nasty looking multicoloured bug clinging to the end of the leaf, maybe ask him what thats all about.

As for the plants they look burnt from ferts and maybe heat and water stressed idk but they may never give you the buds you want in that state. Peace
