hi guys ive got spots on my leafs bit worried coz im 3 weeks into flower.
dont really know what to do as ive never had this problem b4 if i post a pic
will u guys have a look and tell me wot i could be and possibly how to get rid
of it cheers guys. only pic i got at moment is with hps on soz guys!
It is extremely difficult to tell exactly with the pic taken at a distance and under an HPS light, but from what I can see, the issue may be a calcium/magnesium deficiency. A closer up pic would help, particularly if you could turn off the HPS for the snap.
Either way, a bottle of calmag solution is something that a grower should always have around.
hi guys manage to get some half decent pic for u to have a look. also i just got cal mag + from plant magic
thats all they had at the store. i've knocked the nutes right back and im just gonna run this cal mag+ at 1ml per litre
gonna run it for about a week or so then gonna slowly get the nutes running back up to around 1.2 ec.will they recover from this damage guys
ty for ur reply but i havent seen any mites fingers crossed. if its a calmag problem will
using cal mag + withouts nutes for a week or so get my ladies back on track as i am only 3 and half weeks into 12/12
all opinions welcome coz i can do with a little help here peeps peace!!!!
jondamon i have neevr used calmag, never needed it and stil get banging yeilds, i will say im using it for this grow because this strain does infact need it, but i wodnt say that plant up ther has cal mag def, looks almost buggy

Great yields can be obtained without extra Ca and Mg I wasn't implying that they couldn't.
IME I've found that sometimes an Mg def can show up so people just feed more base nutes to compensate but sometimes this can work against you as more N and K can hinder the uptake of Mg.
So by just giving an Mg supplement additional to the base nutes it keeps everything sweet.
I personally like using mono Ca and mono Mg as too much of one can cause a lockout of the other.
Don't get me wrong most soil growers with the addition of dolomite lime will rarely see any issues with Ca or Mg. Unless their soil becomes really acidic.
I add 1 cup of powdered dolomite lime to 1.5cu' of FFOF soil along with a few other goodies added to the mix. and x10 on using a PH meter and ph'ing to 6.5 every watering. I wouldn't dial back on the nutes, just do the cal-mag on a watering day, and resume regular water/feed schedule.
