Spoke to HC regarding new program

I spoke to HC today regarding to new program and the LP license. I was told that under this new program they are still only accepting applications and none have yet to be approved. They require a location which is owned by you or is approved for use of cultivation by the owner. While this new program is accepting new applications according to HC the final phase is their inspectors first need to view the premises to make sure that they meet health and safety regulations which has yet to be completed by them.

Wait... so they are still going to have grow licenses? I thought they were scrapping them (to which, all patients would "legally" have to buy Harpo's Weed Mine stash).

And inspections? Well, I guess they are just trying to implement some basic safety standards there. That may not be a bad thing, actually.
Have they published anything regarding these "health and safety standards", or is it all on the drawing board, still?

EDIT: I found the new information.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

They will be commercial licenses only. The government themselves won't be growing, just issuing the licenses to approved growers.
