Splitting room (2 flowers)

First off let me begin by saying I wasn't a fan of this idea. But my electrical company is leaving me no choice at this time which is for another thread at a later date. I already bought 8 more lights and another AC. Going to run (2) 8kw rooms. Right now it's an entire basement minus the laundry space so Its shaped like an L. Its Sealed. Co2.

So am I better off having a solid wall in between the rooms and a separate door into each?

Also I wanted to share the air, for co2/AC. Think two 6" fans are going to be enough? I'm not so sure.

Anybody ever done this before with success?

Each room is about 10x20x6
