First off calm down...You have time to stop this infestation...This is not a big problem if you follow the correct steps and be diligent with your plan of action.
1. Neem oil works great
2. dish soap works well with Neem oil.
3. you can use more powerful insecticides but I would not bother at this point.
So get yourself some neem oil and follow the directions of measurement on the container. I like to warm up the oil, mix it with warm water that has a few drops of dish soap already in it. Ph test that solution, correct it if needed...I shoot for an even 6.0ph. You will need to spray the tops and bottoms of the leafs every other day 4 times. So if you do it right, you will have all those little buggers taken care of in a week or so. Don't miss a day, if you do, there will be new adults and they will lay eggs and then you have to start from the beginning again...And that sucks! So spray your plants when the lights are off, if you can get a green light to see with while you are in the room, keep your fans running so the humidity does not go to high for to long, and be consistent with your spraying. Make sure your PH is correct always before you spray. You will have these bugs out of your area very soon....Now you need to find out how they got there in the first place and stop that from happening again...PM me if you have any more questions....
