lately I've been seeing small white spots on my BCS strain on her leaves, i look under the leaves and no signs of spider mites, what would cause this issue?? :-(

Looks a little bit like THRIPS damage.

Any other effected leaves to show?

Looks very much like some light thrips damage.

I think I even see black fecal dots on some leaves.

Thrips are best handled with SPINOSAD IME.

I live in the UK where Spinosad is not available from any retailers.

So I have it shipped in from USA ebay. Costs me as much as the product in shipping but it's worth it.

Works on a multitude of other pests too.

First step though is to correctly identify.

Have a Google search for thrips and thrips life cycle.

Then confirm if it is or isn't for sure.

They are attracted to Blue sticky traps rather than the yellows.

So this might be a starting low cost approach to be able to identify.

If it bothers you rhat much try sprayimg azamaz with a bit of organic milder cure.

Azamax is omri certified and for the mildew protection thats up to your local hydro/ gsrdening store If theybhave organic fungicides.

Hope it helps.
