Spider Mite Removal on Vegging Plants: Predators, or Systemic Insecticide?

Hello all,

I'm on my third batch of plants, and my clones came with spider mites. I've been fighting them off with pyrethrin, but I need to eradicate them completely, and I don't have a lot of spare cash to try different techniques.

So should I go straight for predators, or should I try a systemic insecticide? If so, which one should I get? I'm in Canada.

I'm leaning towards predators myself but I'm concerned about not getting the right predators, and they're risky-expensive for me. But if they'll work the best, I'll go for it. Or if anyone has any experience with a systemic insecticide in Canada, please let me know.

Thanks!

spinosad and sns-217 (rosemary oil)
Spray one wait 3 days spray the other.
plain water with a drop or two of plain soap sprayed all underneath is good too.

stay away from floramite/forbid/avid. all nasty chemicals that leave residue and stay a long time.(they are illegal in my state)

Pred mites are good sometimes, bad others. they are best outdoors.
sometimes they get real picky and won't feed heavily on the mites.
