~Spider-Farmer~ wedding cheesecake fastbuds

Hey guys kicking off a small journal about my fastbuds wedding cheesecake. It’s currently day 23 and I have tied over the main top to begin LST. I will be testing out the new revised version of the spider farmer sf-1000 that has the diodes spaced closer together on the outsides and spread apart in the middle to take away the hot spot and spread out the light coverage.

Thank you Spider farmer for sending me this fixture to test out so I can share the results with all of you.

what is that green growth under the plant?

The two sides are FB wedding cheescake. Always interesting to see the difference between hydro and soil.

I stunted early but am on day 50ish with hairs showing in pre flower. Just starting to stretch.

White clover cover crop.

No problem I like answering them… the root system the clover builds helps retain moisture so the top of your soil doesn’t dry out too much making it a better environment for the microbiology to thrive and for your plant to keep on to moisture a bit longer. The clover also puts nitrogen back into the soil for your plant to utilize. This all happens naturally outdoors obviously so I’m just trying to help mimic its natural environment.

Still looking pretty good but they are a bit smaller what size pot are they in? Did you over water early on or what happened? I’m actually having issues with mine currently and the plant vegged for 5 weeks it is a big plant and then I accidentally overwatered. It grew perfectly for 5 weeks and I fucked it up. It would’ve grown even bigger since it happened right when it started flowering so now I’m just trying to nurse it back to health hopefully I’ll have some updated pictures soon and you will truly see how big she is. I have one more bean I owe it to myself and the plant to be ran again to see how big and healthy I can get her.

I stunted them for about 2 weeks. Had the light on to hi. First run with this LED.

I have to run the pump every 20 min to over water in this system.

Everything is good now. Should stretch into 4 foot plants.

I don't know how big the pots are honestly. 3 gallon maybe.

So far only have done it with autoflowers so I plant the same time as the MJ seed or a day or 2 later

Life has been hectic as I have started another grow and have a son with another kid on the way…. Here we are towards the end of her life and she is filling out nicely!! This is the biggest auto I’ve grown yet but I also don’t have a shit load of experience but she’s gonna be pulling 3-4 oz I would say. I had some issues when I accidentally overwatered. She didn’t bounce back for 2-3 weeks!!! I thought maybe it was over with but no no no she’s just gonna take extra long to finish now. Well that’s it’s for the update guys peace out.

Let that properly ripen and you’ll deffo have over 4 ozs.

I'm a little behind schedule on mine, had some early stunting from to much light that stopped growth. 6-8 weeks left.

final update to this thread as I’m usually posting on THCfarmer. I got a dry yield of 80g but also have some larfy buds in the trim tray that will be used for ice water hash. She has been dried and I’ve started the cure but the smoke is surprisingly smooth and now it’s been about a week in cure the the aromas are starting to pop! If you’re on the farm follow me over there. I just popped my brand new 5x5 with my medic grow fold8 and will be doing a 5 plant phenohunt thru a pack of in-house genetics slurricane #7. If ya know then you ya know but if not check out these genetics!!! Later fam
