Specks on leaves

Noticed these specks on a few leaves not all of them. The one in the pic has the most of them. Can anyone help me identify these?

The white spots look suspiciously like thrips and the yellowing/brown spots are calcium Deficiency.

Never heard of thrips I will check it out

thrips will run from you, they definately move pretty quickly. mine have always been dark and leave dark spots on the leaves, thrip shits. they suck the plant juices and the leaves turn yellow.

When I had a spider mite outbreak my leaves looked the same way .Check under them pronto my dude.

Looks like spider mites to me also
