Specific strain randomly dying? Can older clones just randomly this? ANY STRAIN?GENETICS EXPERTS HERE?

I've personally had this same clone for almost 3 years with no issues. All of a sudden this strain only is wilting and dying. Facts below
-I take clones of clones, don't do the mother plant thing. So not sure if these cuttings just came from a random bad clone
-Probably not root rot because this was happening in different tents/rez's. I never had root rot. Stems were turning purple.
-The ph would be stuck at around 6.4 no matter what I did and the plants weren't drinking as much.

My question is do strains of cuttings just get too old and the strain dies out? I have 3 different strains and this is the only one doing it.

Do you have any pics?
I'm no expert by any means but I had a plant do this in 1 day.

I also thought root riot but they were fine

So I cloned the healthy shoots and the clones have rooted?

If these strains I have are messed up and I took cuttings from it will the cuttings be messed up... Yeah that looks like my plant.

From my experience sometimes clones don't want to thrive. Even when you've ran it multiple times in flower. Sometimes how much you water and the kind of soil you place them in to begin with play a roll. I like to use Soil King's baby rootz for clones and seedlings. The abundance of micro perlite and low dose of nutes in the soil seem to pay dividends. When I clone I take 3-4 cuts minimum. One that doesn't make it. Two I plan too put into soil and 1 that maybe didn't root as fast.

Idk the answer for sure, the clones have started to show roots I expect they'll be ok but only time will tell?
I didn't have the option of taking another cloning the shoots was my only option to save that pheno.

I do DWC

These are a few different plants in different tents. All the same strain dying, other strains are fine.

My buddy said to flush everything and while flushing feed with like 20% nutes.
hopefully its not fusarium and on the note of clones "just giving up" the g13 cut supposedly did this so anythings possible supposedly a spell outside in the sun does wonders for older cuts if thats at all possible

The cuts are rooting and growing... After checking my rez I had a ton of green algae on the underneath of the rez lid and some in the rez. The roots were also I bit slimy in a few parts. I saved 1 out of 4 plants and let the roots sit in hydro peroxide for 5 mins and rinsed them off and that plant had no slime on the roots and basically looked normal and growing. This is the first time in 8-10 years this happened... I cleaned the hell out of all the involved rez's with a little bleached and throw out involved air stones, etc..... CAN ROOT ROT OR ALGAE TRAVEL FROM REZ TO REZ VIA PPM OR PH METERS?????? I HAD IT IN A PREVIOUS REZ A MONTH AGO, BUT IT DIDN'T EFFECT THE PLANT FROM GROWING SO IT MUST HAVE BEEN MINIMAL. ONLY WAY I THINK IT WAS IN THE REZ BC MY PH WAS STUCK AT 6.3 NO MATTER WHAT I DID FOR 2 WEEKS, FOR THE PLANT STILL GREW.

Do green algae slime and root rot go together, like it you get 1 you get the other??? How much does either one take to screw up a plant?? I got them both in my rez's especially the green algae and it locked up my nutrient uptake in DWC. The ph was stuck at like 6.3 and the plant wasn't drinking no matter what I did.
Meters all collaborated? I use soil, but I can imagine that bacteria can be transferred from rez to rez if not rinsing your instruments. I had a buddy dealing with slimy roots in his rez. He was using foop organics. He didn't have a chiller, and water temps hung around 77F. It was ugly. He got it cleared up with h2o2 30 or 33%.

Yeah proly your root zone problems then im a organics/compost/soil guy myself theres alot of good hydro growers on here that can explain it better to you than me im sure mate personally i dont ph nothing i can tell if its too outta wack by looking at em and sort it accordingly if i get issues with hydro tis a bit more involved in some ways id say
