these guys mainly stock Norstar & TGA, but they deliver and have possibly the best prices on the net ATM, with a good payment method available, as well as very reasonable rates for international shipping.

Ah, I see. After re-reading the OP, it's apparent that we've interpreted "best prices on the net ATM" differently. If I add: "for these breeders." to the statement as you have, then I would probably agree with you, but I read it as: "best prices on the net for quality seeds." Both are correct, but I disagree with the premise that seeds from these breeders are worth the cost.

Are the genetics from these companies worth doubling the per seed cost? Dunno for anyone else, but not for me. Unless I can get quality feminized seeds at a competitive price, I'll pass. My experience with GPS solidified this view, and there are a lot of folks here who love those guys. I picked up a couple of packs of regular seeds from their reverse auction thinking that the low price and touted genetics justified the PITA of dealing with mostly males. Through 2 grow cycles I ended up throwing out 5 males scoring only 3 females. But the phenotypes and quality were all over the place. Growing in my state, we're only allowed 4 recreational plants, so a huge factor in selecting seeds and sources.

I''ve only been growing for a couple of years, so down the line experience might change my view, but for the time being I'll stick with stable seeds from longtime European breeders. They have a much longer view on breeding as opposed to the F1 and S1 crosses we seem to get from US breeders. YVMD.

fire is where you find it regardless of all the hype that's associated with many seedbanks these days, eg KC Brains wares, one of the original bargain basement priced banks, yet ive found some strains there as good as anything else over the years, in fact some famous brand banks are using KC's wares in their new releases...good luck on your journey

It is too bad so many of the over sea breeders have lost what they once were. Pretty widely accepted that DP, Sensi et all have lost parents over the years and the strains they market now are not what they once were. That is not to say there are not decent seeds to be found from over seas, but the big names have stagnated over the years and are not even close to being at the top of the game anymore. Add that to having to clear customs and there really is no good reason to shop outside the states anymore. All in my opinion of course. Do what works for you.

recently snagged this type again, outcrossed these with a chunky indica 15yrs ago to form an incredible type i havnt seen since, gonna try to find that magic again, theres fire in some of these cheapos...sorry to get off topic on this banks(SPS) wares

I have nothing against cheap, I have found nice plants in both Nirvana and Mandala among others. Mandala is the only one that tempts me to order over seas, I had a beautiful Hashberry 10 years ago and had really good luck with Mandala #1 outdoor.

ive got a pack of Hashberry in the larder, i better grow them out as they have been there for a few yrs now, im in Australia so one way or another ive got to order from UK/US, its usually no drama, been ordering online since 1999 with probably somewhere between 150-200 orders, my first real customs seizure was a few mths ago in LA when i ordered from a US bank, though ive ordered plenty from US banks before with no issue

Is it my imagination or is their website a direct copy of Attitude?
i took that screenshot from attitudeseedbank, as an example of cheapo seeds, SouthernPearl doesnt sell KC Brains
if you copy and paste on the link supplied in the first post you will end up on SouthernPearl's website

I grew two packs of Hashberry. Expect vigorous, stocky plants that are very easy to grow. Flowers are very dense and high yielding with a pretty good leaf to flower ratio. Bag appeal for days, light sweet/berryish smell. Not dick in the dirt potent, but great pot non the less. Campfire weed, really good stuff to sit around with a bunch of friends and shoot the breeze and laugh a lot. Worth the time 100%

sounds great, a few years ago someone else in the threads stated very much the same as what you have, i may have to throw some of KC's Haze Special pollen on those Hashberries!

I would add to this that many of the newer Euro breeders (last 5-10 years) have strains that are knock offs of US strains/clones and in some cases are flat out lying to cash in on the hype.

Further, many Euro Breeders get their gear in bulk from Spain... no thanks...

i think it was Moses who said...'Fire is where you find it'

Agreed. Not saying that you wont find fire with the euros, rather that there are pros and cons on both sides of the pond.

Living in Canada, my preference is to stick with US/CDN breeders & chuckers.
