They start flowering here in Nor-Cal around early to mid august... when the daylight hours are still around 14 hours (and dropping).

Middle of july i have some that will start
others all the way second week in august they will all have started flowering
At about 32 degrees

Use giasma to look up the light available in your area and when you hit 14/10 that's about even you're going to go into flower.
