I was not too sure where to post this but I really wantedto share this wt y'all. Recently I made my first cross useing RQS version of Sour Diesel and Sub's Vortex. Mamma was the AD witch obviously means Papa was a Vortex. I dont have much to say about the SD except she was a big yielder. She looked to me to be 100% Indica shit very wide leaf tasteless no resin but gigantic buds. BTW I wrote RQS a couple real nasty emails. So my thoughts were "if I cross
this with a Vortex male, hmmmm..." so I made the cross I cracked 10 beans and I couldnt be more pleased wt the results. I call this hybred GYPSY QUEEN in honer of my youngest daughter's momma. My peeps just luv it and meny tell me they are getting high with only 1 good rip. Beliw is a pic of a nice little bud looking alot like her Daddy. Im about to run her DWC with the proper pruning and LST to get that big as yield i got from momma Call it beginners luck but im pleased an I cant waite till my next project. Peace all

You should be happy! Very nice looking, and I always like seeing people making their own creations.

I guess my question is, other than having the trait of large yields, why would you use a parent you seem to hold in such low regard? Plus from my experience at least of smoking and seeing Sour Diesels, I wouldn't expect it to be described at all as an indica.

That bud looks awesome bro.I've always wanted to try some Vortex again, was my favorite of all TGA strains.sounds like some beans Id like to try.
