looks more like it sat in a friggin oven for an hour or so. talk about a literal meaning of nute burn. Unless thatts not the issue

looks like it's REALLY over watered, can't really tell from the pics if it has spots or not on the leaves, could be a ph prob too, but all I really see is over watered, just water when the first 3 inches of soil on top is dry, or if the pot is light, this will take practice, but lift the pot when you water it, then lift it when it's dry, see the diff and remember it so you can tell next time when to water, or by a moister meter can get one at almost any hydro store for less than $20 and usually has 3 settings on it, ph, moisture and something else...................

ya that suck's i hate haveing a plant's with problems and the other's are big and healthy id like to say id put her out of her misssery but id prolly try any thing to make it healthy agian even though it's prolly futile
IMO thats just BAD GENES - I've had such cases in my previous grow - all the plants grow just nicely, and only one freak - that eliminates deficiencies as all the plants get the same treatment.
The plant grows normally for some time, and suddenly, with the developing of a new node it gets fucked up. I've tried to CUT the deformity, sort of a topping, and the last normal node starts producing 2 stems, but soon after that the deformity reoccurs in both stems
BAD GENETICS IMO
I tried leaving it to grow but there is no normal leaf and bud development, there was some resin production but overall I'd say cut it and put it out of it's misery. Not a good plant, won't yield in good smoke.
